Those booking Ballintubbert Gardens & House will have the opportunity to enjoy an amazingly tasty menu from Medley. Our menus are created by Andrew Rudd and head chef Camila Aruk. A great deal of our food is locally sourced in Laois, where possible. Our dishes are innovative, creative and bespoke to each and every wedding. We only use the freshest, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients and all of our beef, lamb, pork, duck, game and chicken are 100% Irish reared. Our beef is 28 day dry aged and is incredibly tender and succulent. We also have an extensive vegetarian menu and cater for all intolerances and allergies.
